i hope something nice for when Im 28. I want to be in a TVR or Porsche before then.....I'm probably being a bit too optimistic realistically.

I hope to have only one car, rather than 3. But an awesome one. Porsche 911 Turbo? Aston DB9?

Indeed I'm 18 aswell, funny when you think about it.... 10years is a long time .... 28 is still quite young.

Cheers mate, you'll get there one day. Been lucky enough to get good opportunity's so far in business/ career.

Want to get myself a Z4 3.0 coupe or a CLK55 AMG next year, will see what the bank balance looks like.

Probably a 5-series of some sort.

And Mrs Pints is likely to be in a 7-seater Touran.

A 2008 Audi A5 by then I should be able to pick one up for about 600 with any luck.

I suspect in 10 years, anything petrol over 2 litres or with more than 4 cylinders will be taxed to such an extent it will be prohibitively expensive to run. frown

Ideally however, I'd be looking at an M5.
I suspect anything more than 1.4 will be penalised. But you will be able to get 350bhp from 1.4l...

Something along the same lines as my '98 BMW e36 323i touring, only a few years newer. Perhaps the new 328i in touring form or an 5-series touring when they are 10 years old. Unless my commute becomes much longer it will be petrol though.

I suppose if things go well in my career then I may opt for a company car, in which case it will be something like a 116d. At least it would be brand new I suppose! Be better to use the money on paying a personal loan for the above 3 or 5 series though!

If you'd have asked me this 10 years ago I'd have said an e39 M5. Then reality caught up! I do hope to still have my 328i track car whatever i get.

Will probably be walking or peddling along with the other 99% when petrol hits £50/ltr and rationing of the leccy thanks to rolling blackouts due to a lack of wind means I can't charge the electric scooter.
