Great ideas guys,

Thats the way I will go.

I will wait until it is covered in crap of the higest order fromlaning.
I might be tempted to visit Mc D, and carefully empy one of their rubbish bins in the back, and the bery back.

OK, it will cost be a couple of quid to valet, but if I "distribute the bin carefully,,,,,,,,,you know what I mean.
Then it will look bad, but actually be quite easy to clean after the valuation.

Will they charge me for a written valuation?

Using WBAC online just be very truthful with all the damage and you will get a quote online which you can print from the screen. No need to make an appointment, or fill it with rubbish, for that.

Ignore the price that Uniquesci put up, that is from the guide.

To sell it, someone will need to underwrite it, and it will be cheap!

I'd expect very low offers around £3k as no one will really want it!

Buy an angle grinder, cut it in half down the middle. Give her her half. Job done.

Have you thought about getting a mechnics report don. you may "discover" some problems that reduce the value greatly.

I heard your head gasket is on the way out, as is the cluth and rear diff. All of which require a main dealer garage to repair due to rarity of parts.

worth £0 now smile

Hi Efbe,

I remember now, when I last looked at the coolant, it was looking a trace milky
And then there is that knocking, tapping sort of noise from some where in the engine.
The noise from the rear diff, I have been ignoring for a long time now.
Any way, also you don't need 5 gears, I always skip 2nd, and just go 1st to 3rd, saves the grinding in the gearbox.
then the tyres are all 1,5mm, so they need replacing soon.
Did I mention there is no spare?
And I am not sure, but perhaps I seen a little blue smoke yesterday when I started up?
Oh, and the chip in the windscreen, well, nevermind that.

How much is it worth now, do I need to "find" more wrong with it?

An old friend of mine, from 20 years ago did just that.
Fridge, freezer, sofas, you name it,
Mind you, he was a bit unbalanced smile

The st he got into in court was amazing.

I don't know the final outcome, but he did get well adn trully lectured.
