I had thought Volvo S80 but they look a bit dull. Jag and Alfa are good calls, Bentley would be amazing but my budget is limited! Will look at P38s too.

I always thought the rear seating from an e38 would make a rather nice man sofa.

Available in electric form I believe smile

And I quote from homer simpson moonlighting as max power

"You don't snuggle with max power, you strap yourself and feel the G's"

Put your seatbelt on before having sex of the sofa. Safety first.

I have some seats from a Honda Civic I'd be happy to sell very cheap. Half leathers 'n all. PM me if you're interested - sorry mods.

I was going to suggest that too. Heated front and rear and stupidly comfortable.

I'll probably steer clear of sports seats TBH. You sit quite differently in your living room to in a car- being forced to sit in a dead straight position isn't actually that comfortable without car-type stuff going on to necessitate it.

That Bentley rear bench is amazing and very tempting. It seems to be only the bigger saloons that have good square rear seats- even P38s have annoying intrusions into the sides/bases that I don't think would look right on a sofa.

An American grand Cherokee of 90s vintage had the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.

Rover 75. The seats are big, squishy, often leather and piped, and are bound to be cheap/ easily available.
