So for those that wanted to know (or maybe you didn't ) I decided on the Michelin's.

Beans on toast for the week I think.

Had PS2s on mine - they lasted ages, gripped very well.

Consider a set of the new toyo t1 sports, much better than the t1r. Very similar asymmetric tread to the good year. Had a set on my EVO for a few months and they are superb.

After reading many reviews I think I'm going to go with Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta's or Assym 2's.
