Just a pint ont he free deisel comment.

I have family who are farmers and the daughters get free diesel, but it's the correct colour. The farm has two tanks, one of red for the working vehicles and one of standard for the road vehicles. he daughters are allowed to help themselves to the normal diesel.

Anyway, back to the flamming of the troll.

Nick
This is what I first thought but wanted to start the flamming

Troll's really aren't putting the effort in that the used to anymore are they?

Probaby been better of leaving it for a few weeks and letting the "19 year old with SLK" drama blow over.

Oh, and try being a little more subtle next time...

One other thing, what does this mean?

I was with you saying you don't want a poor example of the breed, then some noise about power / drivetrain details, but then you mention your people?

Who are these people, are they under your employ, perhaps farm hands? Or are they some sort of 'g unit' as I believe may be the parlance?

I think I got back on track after that bit, your family are of the mind that the aforementioned associates are not perhaps au fait with the full internal workings of the automobile?

"i would not like a date that is just all about sex"

Ah kids these days, so naive. I'm forever thinking back on all the dates where I had to keep reminding the women that I didn't want the evening to end in sex.

It was an SLK, and the only thing the 2 threads have in common is the stupidity of many of the posters.

Are people really taking this seriously?
