As it is something Audi I've done, it is by definition, sh!t.

If the pads can't sweep the surface to the outer edge, then a smaller disc (with decent venting) is the solution. tongue out

that may just be the pad material thou, the TTRS and RS3 suffered from terrible brake squeal, the fix involved new calibers (with some form of weight balance on them) and a new pad compound that needs to be bedded in following a strict procedure, but it does cure them

i would contact Audi
In fairness to Audi, they are looking at getting it fixed for me
Apparently, there's a few with the same problem to that experienced on the TTRS/RS3

Wait till they start putting LEDs in the holes - daytime running disks. wink
