I travel between Manc and Leeds once every couple of weeks and I'm a fan of the new managed motorway. What used to be a car park from Halifax to the M621 is now fairly free flowing traffic. There's always a few muppets but it's the same on any stretch.
Shame they opened it up and immediately closed down the stretch from Brighouse to Halifax for central reservation work though.

If that is the case then what is the point of all the cameras in between the first and last camera? (assuming there are no exit or entry slip roads or junctions, as is often the case).
