I hope to god this is the fastest road car ever round a circuit. That way no one will have to look at it for long

So this is *not* the P23, the new F1 because that has three seats, like an F1.

Incredible that a company like McLaren can get it so wrong?! Incredible. Absolutely stunned. One of the worst car designs in history?
I love it!
Dramatic, brutal, hi tech and beautifully built.
A proper GT race car for the road.
And what a name...

So heavier than the Aston/Red Bull and most likely less powerful, not that uncompromising then
It’s also about £1.5m cheaper than the Red Bull.
And it’s road legal.
No info on the road legal variant of the Red Bull yet - if it ever happens
You don’t need to stand on the seat to get in the thing either.
They might have similar performance but the Senna looks a more credible road car.

It is what it is,form following function and none of the fully focussed(in aero and lack of touring comfort and amenities) road legal track monsters of the modern era has ever looked truly appealing to the eye. That said the side profile looks very akward, with long front overhangs and short rear ones.I was hoping for a longtail treatment like the F1 GT.Strange...

I’m sure the car is great, but is anyone seeing the resemblance?

Did the Senna family agree to lend their name to this car? Or do McLaren just feel free to use his name to move metal?

The right to use the Senna name is part of an official collaboration between McLaren Automotive and the Senna family, in which a significant contribution will be donated to the Instituto Ayrton Senna (IAS), a non-profit organisation ""

The valkyrie is being designed to be road legal...price wise very differentvyes but my god this is hideous!

To the poster that said about the gumpert that is offending even the gumpert! Just what the hell were mclaren thinking no wonder they were so slow with the build up.

I think the other picture in just a single colour is less jarring (i believe it is grey or blue). But it just looks challenging from about every angle.

There are some absolutely epic details there. Very, very close to greatness.
