Ah, it's the man with the tupperware turd and the crumpleframe, who trolls anyone who dares to draw attention to the shortcomings of his penis extensions.

I did actually test drive one, as it happens. Much, better than the Grimaera to drive, but the styling was a bit too 'Halfords bodykit' for me, and I didn't fancy paying for an engine rebuild every third oilchange.

I preferred the styling of the Tuscan S, but same problem with chocolate engines, of course.

Lol, love the iPhone.

Anyway, yes the Griff, it’s ok, you’re safer in your diesel rep mobile smile

Stick to advising people on dog houses. Leave the driving to grown ups eh rofl

As the owner of a 2006 Tuscan 2S I do sometimes contemplate “upgrading” but I think I’d miss the ability to go topless. Engines, once properly rebuilt, are tough as old boots - just warm them up properly. There’s nothing like a sorted TVR, especially if you can drive.

Exactly. I’d love a speed 6 in something, perfect road engine configuration for me really. As you said, all the issues once sorted leave a solid lump, but it’s always the same people, who never buy one, or have the ability to drive anyway, who throw the negativity around. Nobody seems to mind two generations of Caysters stting themselves smile

TVR subject aside, black IMHO is the very worst colour for a car, probably excepting a car that's covered, garaged and never sees a wet road. An absolute nightmare for showing every little mark and swirl..

It’s ok if you see tlc as part of the whole experience. It’s an enthusiasts car, not an Audi...

Having had five TVRs including a Sagaris it still remains one of the biggest disappointments. It never inspired me to just drive it, take the long way home or wring it’s neck through the twisties.

Don’t get me wrong it looked mental but for me it never delivered.
The Griffith. Had three. Beautiful, nice noise and the last one was a V8 Developments one that had most of the foibles ironed out.

This has always been my favourite TVR, I love the shape and its wonderful head turning ability.

Black is one of my favourite colours for a car(when clean), but I also think that these are much better in a wild or more interesting colour.

It always comes back to the Griff 😀 I should have kept it, I knew it then, I know it now.

Mine was a 430, BRG with Biscuit hide.
The Sagaris was Reflex Charcoal with a mixed “carbon weave” black and cream leather interior. Black carpeting, cream piping. “Roll bar” in cream leather and black stitching.

I spotted this exact car walking back from my work Christmas party on Friday night and a drunk me had a little drool over it. Nice blue Tuscan there too!
I should have taken the risk when they were much cheaper and I had the cash but on street parking put me off

Other than the Tamora, which I never quite got on with, the range would, indeed, probably still feel fresh today.
My all time favourite colour was reflex green, absolutely stunning on a Sagaris. Choice of either Sagaris,Tuscan or T350 as my daily smoker for quite a while and whilst The Sag is phenomenal, Tuscan came close to being a pretty much perfect ‘everyday car’. I kid you not! Picture is black but that’s my daily Tuscan to the right. For perspective, the X5 mk 1 , looks old.

The plan was to have them open, but they discovered that it's a good way of pebble dashing your paintwork and windscreen. Being TVR, they patched the mould 'shut' rather than make a new mould. Not cheap minded at all, right?
Missing the point somewhat, what’s next, no parking sensors?

Fabulous cars.
Think you've missed the point actually. hehe

That of you were TVR you’d have made a new mould? And blocking the vents was to do with water.

Most love the design.

I agree with you, just saying a black cars perfect paint can be spoilt very easily just by having an inconsiderate wiping their hands over it, it's a very difficult colour to keep in perfect looking fettle.

I do love the design. Wish I'd bought one when I could afford one.

You seem to have decided I'm a TVR hater, which is odd seeing as I have owned two.

Or are you as others seem to think, just a troll?

I read the Brave Pill thread on the £70K McLaren, then read this one!

If I had £70K I'd much rather have a Sagaris - it's got some character. laugh
