This is an abt, it isn’t subtle. If you wanted performance and practicality, how’s a regular RS6? Or an A6 avant..maybe an RS4
the current RS4/6 are a mess as well, they are for youtubers

the previous RS6 was such a better deign IMO

I remember a time when Audi RS4s/RS6s were classy but understated.... frown
I was thinking the exact same thing. It's like they are trying way too hard nowadays. The elegance of the earlier models (particularly the C5 and C6) has gone.

The RS6 is a fantastic bit of kit, but it's a crying shame that it's replaced subtlety with "look at me!" frown

No I agree they’re not nice, but this is a pumped up version of something that’s not, if you’re in the market for a brand new car.
I like the v10 one in black or grey, silver wheels, white interior.

I always thought the standard 600 bhp version was a bit underpowered...I'm so glad for the power hike.

Yes, but not in black with black wheels, or white, or grey, for that matter.

Otherwise, awesome thing.

But it’s not fake, it really does have it where it counts.

Not my choice of styling, but yes, would bang, till it fell off.
It is though. It's road going estate car... Not a track / race car. Yet it's dressed up like one.

Like fat bloke in a rapha skin suit astride a 12k TdF ready road bike.

So each one comes with a mummified testicle as proof of authenticity. It’ll certainly be something to talk about at the pub…

Way too subtle. You'd easy lose that in carpark. Why oh why couldn't they add a bit more aggression to the styling?

Appropriate considering Johann Abt was a race car driver. Although not its primary focus, im sure it will be able to handle a track if the owner chooses to go to one. For those who dont like it, the A6 is still available to buy.

Just ordered one for the Mrs as a runabout. Keeps my proper cars from being smashed up.

I’d feel embarrassed driving around in that, no class at all. Shame as the C5 & C6 were quite cool.

This wouldn’t look out of place on an episode of Police Camera Action.

A number of posters seem to think this is an Audi when comparing it to earlier RS6s

Couldn't disagree more. To follow your analogy.... Looks like the automotive equivalent of a fake tan plastic breast, collagen injected lips, and bottox'd reality TV star.
Precisely this. Embarrassing.

Quite literally, the dealer's choice.

It's a supercar that you can put your kids in the back of.

Personally I wouldn't want the signatures all over it, but I would not say no.

No real/proper dealer would choose this car as it would attract way too much attention.

Undoubtedly very capable, but my god it's vile.

It's an 800bhp estate car with some old hammer welded in, it screams PH!
