My Silver Shadow takes 107ltrs.
If my great uncle's similarly-engined Silver Spirit was anything to go by, that must be good for about 300 miles range biglaugh

Love that old six-and-three-quarter.
I would be delighted with 300 miles. In truth at 9mpg 200 miles is a stretch.

I am out, just the thought of hitting the £99 limit is enough to make me cry. If prices keep going up then I suspect I am going to be stuck with my 60MPH shed until it dies.

I am sure I saw a post on the readers cars thread where someone bought a sheddy Range Rover and showed a picture of the pump after putting nearly £150 of fuel in it?

And how much do you pay each month to own or lease it, out of question?

With an 84.5 litre tank this isnt the first time ive had thus problem.

I usually fill up when im down to 1/4 full. If i forget i check out the kiosk queue. If there is no queue i pay inside , if there is i just use 2 cards and fill up twice.
Why use 2 cards ? I have double filled loads of times and made 1 payment with 1 card. confused

Treat yo-self Joey, for an alleged car enthusiast you need to stop accounting and get out of that miserable shed.

Just pay at the kiosk if the pay at pump doesn't work for you.

With everyone paying at pump, it's usually quicker than pissing about at the pump.

OK, so "within £10" I assume that means "a bit more", and considering I asked how much you pay each month, and the fact I don't know how much you paid for your AMG you haven't actually answered my question, so I'll ask it again:

How much do you pay each month to own or lease it, out of question?

does it matter? its comparable to my previous ICE cars, its going to be a bit more than some other peoples monthlies and a lot less than someone leasing a tycan turbo s

It "matters" because you're seemingly very smug about not paying £99 to fill up, yet are almost certainly paying a lot more than other people each month smile I suspect my overall running costs including insurance, VED, servicing, fuel etc are less than just your monthly lease/PCP or whatever payments yet I don't go around telling everyone they should stop leasing a new car because they can do something cheaper smile
