I have been following the 991T for a while, but would want to drive both this and 992T before deciding.

I am committed to a manual, but can’t decide between “normal” seats or buckets.

Anyone out there had experience of both and can give a considered opinion?

Many thanks in anticipation.
Buckets look and feel much more special and I find buckets the most comfortable seats I’ve had.
I would second that - I have the foldable buckets in my 991.2 T and they are lovely things.

As others have said, defeats the point of a T. If you want more power, get a more powerful 911. It is hardly as if there isn’t plenty of choice, without also the depreciation, as modified cars don’t do well here.
Modifying your car is a personal choice. Personally I have always been into it to some stage or another. People always say 'why not just get a faster car etc etc'

Missing the point altogether.

Oh, and yes I do like this T. Fair play.

This would be fantastic fun and perfectly suited to daily driver duties.
I agree with the comments already made regarding the poor quality body kit. These areas in particular make it look very amateur:

On closer inspection it looks like the centre boss is also missing from the rear offside wheel, or am I mistaken?

If so, pretty poor on the part of the dealer for the money being asked.

I wonder if the Kingsley badge on the glovebox and the tartan seats suggest that the owner is the owner of Kingsley cars? If so I’m quite surprised that they didn’t apply the tartan trim to the door inserts as well. I think it’s very nicely done (personal taste of course) but as others have said, it’s a shame the body kit looks a bit ‘glued on top’ and not as well integrated as possible.

90K seems a lot for a 0-60 of 4.5 seconds ! and looks like that.....yuck that interior is hideous and the graphic are just awful ruining this car
i am all for modifying and individual cars but stray to far from the main road and its a difficult sell !
That's for the original 370bhp engine, not the uprated one.

How many Jackie Stewart’s were skinned for those seats ?

Nice, but I can’t look past the AMG GT at that kind of money.

Sorry what? 5 year old car worth more than it was new, and it's not even extremely limited volume?

Absolute nonsense, whoever buys this needs their head checking. I'm a big 911 fan, but come on, engage the brain.

That’s a lovely spec’d and modified car, love the colour and the interior. Id swap the passenger seat for a standard folding one so I could get my dog in the back and it’s perfect. Nicely done whoever the owner is.

Interestingly there’s only 75 more of these on uk roads than there are gt3 tourings.

There are 7x as many gt3’s on uk roads.

LOL, a Roller won't do 0-60 in 4.5s and costs a shed load more than 90k.

What's your point?

Unappealing. Personally find very high horsepower turbo motors essentially unpleasant. They sort of do their own thing / turn you into a passenger.

I'd take the T in pretty much standard form. More progressive and involving I would think.

Don't think they are asking more than when it was new at all are they?

other than the 964 Singer, 99% of 911's are hideous/stupid/limted edition paint, decal parts bin piss takes.

However, really like this. Great colour, decent interior, just enough exterior detail to look serious as opposed to stupid and the later designs are well designed.
Fast(ish), manual and 2WD.

Delete that ridiculous "signature" clock and job done.

No, I get that. I’ve just never seen badges glued to the interior of a car by the company selling a vehicle. Number plates yes, external stickers yes. But not an internal badge

The number plate gives it away as Damon's car so yes biggrin

The silver on the side stripes should match the wheels and the tartan needs yellow in it not red.
The bodykit is a bit meh.... leave it on for 6 months just to see how it 'works' with repeated exposure, then if necessary take it off I reckon..

Other than that, that is MY kind'a Porsche. Very nice indeed.

Surely if you buy a Carrera T and have it remapped, anything goes wrong Porsche will walk away and leave you with a car that doesn't work.

And if you can afford to take that risk, then surely you can afford to buy a more tasty 911 to start with?

Any dealer tat such as that tacky plaque could come right off for a start. What's Kingsley got to do with Porsches, aside from adding £ to the price?
