If you took it to a body shop - could you get the rear arches symmetrical ? Would it look better scratchchin
An intentional nod to the Countach. I like them as they are.

Yep, apparently part of the bodywork is specifically designed to allow the Nissan logo on the lens to remain covered (yes seriously) nerd

What a machine, I think that these look great in pictures and better i in the metal although pre lci would suit me but, for the jackpot it would need to be a Murci in Drako Verde.

"The hills of Sant Agata " .

I don't think there are any hills ,Emilia Romagna is very flat landed around there .

I don't remember seeing any tumbleweed
We do have plenty of hills, even 6000 ft high mountains, but the place where S. Agata is is very much flat

Piece of carbon trim covers the nissan logos smile

I don't know if it is the pictures but the front wing looks completely off colour wise.

I wonder if that's the green hedges and differences in angles.... it looks okay in other shots (the bumper is the same colour as the wing).

A beautiful car.

Lovely car but I would prefer an earlier car myself.

I'm one of the heretics that finds the rear arches to be quite jarring paperbag

Here's the funny thing though, I had both the Diablo and Countach as poster cars when I was a kid, and it wasn't until I was much older that the rear arch jumped out at me. It's now the first thing I notice when I see a side profile shot of a Diablo.

I'd still have the Diablo in a heartbeat though!

I don't know where Sant Agata is, but there are definitively hills in Bologna, as I climbed up a very steep one last year.

I don't see how being a press car is heritage
Provenance would be a better word.
All that aside it’s a lovely car, maybe looking a little dated these days but still stunning.

I do love a Diablo and see this one fairly regularly. As long as there's no salt on the road, it comes out all year round. The problem with seeing it so often is that I barely pay it attention when I do.smile

Apologies regarding the bad quality photo...

My gripes about the rear arches aside, that thing is stunning.
