£160.48 for my Boxster S. Includes business use!
That is less than half what I'm paying for 2005 Boxster S.
I've obviously been complacent, I'm going to have to up my game.

Can I suggest folks add who the insurance is with.

Be even better if they put some other details too.

I really need to shop around given mine are all 400-500 quid each and I'm 50, zero points or accidents, and live in one of the lowest crime areas too.

I once paid £0.01 for insurance for my old Rover 623GSi. Would have been 2012-2013.

It worked out cheaper to charge me full price for my 370Z and offer insurance for the Rover for "free".

Edit:
I lied. 2014.

Is the question intending to find the absolute lowest for a vehicle, or the lowest cost relative to the vehicle’s specific value?

An RS500 Cosworth was £14.75 to add to my collection policy if that counts. Car was worth probably £35k at the time.

I can’t comment on the question but the answer certainly isn’t an additional to a multi car policy that could be costing £10k for all we know.

The Chimaera was circa £100 last time I insured it.

Duster is around £230 and VFR800 £180 IIRC.

My mate pays £60 something for the exact same bike.

That's in a high risk postcode too.

Yes just the lowest for a single vehicle, that does sound impressive though.

I'm actually surprised you can still get policies for 2 digits!

I am collecting a 2cv on Saturday. My cheapest quote was £97.20… the next was £98.05.

In the end I forked over a whole £111 for a policy which had all the extras, including breakdown!

And that was with 0 NCB, although I do have a lot on another vehicle.
Love these, please do a readers cars thread on it! smile
