The key with quad pipes on it is probably worth a pause on!
Is that supposed to be the shape of the body?? it almost looks like one is on top of the other and back to front... if that makes sense, like a pagani sandwich. lick

at least the rear looks some better...although those 3 lights are still a bit odd?

I hope its not so much bling inside as they normally have...

Also agree this 'drip feeding' of info is dumb or at least not being done well. Lamborghini releasing specs and images of their new engine and tranny is good info however. I'm not really sure though what 'our' (fellow PistonHeaders) role is to pass judgment since 99% of us are no prospective purchasers. That is - what is our role to Pagani. We're meaningless are we not?

I do love Italian functional design however like the 288 GTO. I still adore Pagani's emphasis on form because they still function as some of the best top tier supercars. This one looks a little enzo-esque from the rear and 3/4's. Amazing industrial culture.

I would love love love if Pagani (or any company) could attempt a smaller super car.

Without wishing to sound gay, don't you mean phallic? I've seen fking dildoes that look less like a penis than that handbrake lever.

The problem with letting people make up there own vision of a product is that they can end up very disappointed with the end result.

Its like watching a film after you've read the book it's based on and some of the characters are not how you viewed them in your mind when you read the book. It can make the film a little disappointing.

This drip feeding of information, which now seems commonplace, is tiresome. The fact that a bunch of polo-necked, ipad-ed, bespectacled twunts think they're being innovative with their marketing makes it all the more irksome
+1

As soon as I see a stupid, pointless video such as this I lose interest in the car (or whatever it's promoting)

Agreed, I'd rather they release the full spec and pictures in one go so you get that immediate "wow" effect rather than have to mentally build an image of it over a period of months!.
Seconded. I'd expect that anyone fortunate enough to be in the position to buy the new Pagani will buy one because their heart tells them too - it's not a 'practical' or necessary purchase. They will have already made that decision and these stupid little 'teasers' won't make a difference. For the rest of us, you could say the annoying videos and pictures we're shown hold even less relevance. They don't build up any sort of anticipation, they're just friggin' irritating. All we want to know is what it looks like, how fast it is (and all the rest of the nerdy stats about the car), how it handles and what it sounds like, not watch a man drink a coffee (yesterday's idiotic 'teaser') or sit through the results of someone mucking about with depth of field on his video camera. Rant over. Grrr. I do love Pagani though. winklaugh
The potential customers have already seen the car (at least some of them), as far as I am aware.

I have seen one of the prototypes at a later date, and I prefered the look compared to this one. Also it looks like the lifting gear is up in the petrol station. My main worry is about the rear lights.

My guess is that isn't the final taillight configuration, as it's only a test mule. Prototypes often have cheap, ambiguous taillight units (often look like they were picked up at truck stops).

It does have more than a bit of Enzo from the rear, as PiB noted.
