VW Golf Bluetooth - Won't work with Blackberry or iPhone?!

Cheers. Tried to get the Golf to pair up with my Blackberry this morning but couldn't seem to get it to work. Will need to read the manual.

My Blackberry Torch worked fine with my old 61 plate Passat CC, never tried it in media mode, only as a phone.

My iPhone 4 didn't work with out new to me (2010 plate) range rover sport but I downloaded the latest iOS to my phone and it worked fine...

My Blackberry Torch works fine with my brand new Passat, and my sisters i4 works fine with her Polo.

My Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 works perfectly with the factory bluetooth on my Scirocco

Played about with it and got my blackberry bold 9700 to work fine with 12 plate golf. Had to get the phone to "listen" though to find it.
