Hi

Is there any chance we could still have the 'sort by mileage' option? I personally find this really useful (and something that Autotrader doesn't have)?

Thanks in advance

Any ideas how to permanently remove the help screen that comes up?

That won't be there forever. We're just running it for a few weeks in the beta phase, after which it'll be a toggle on, rather than toggle off.

When I click on a car in a search the advert doesn't come up but the recommendations do, this is in Firefox 12 works fine in IE8 on the same laptop.

Thought that may be the case, thanks for that.

Otherwise, working beautifully for me, currently searching for a 911.

We're currently around 30,000 cars short of our actual total while we play around with a piece of code. They'll be back later...

Glad about that.

Took me about two minutes of speculative prodding to get it to go away from my iPad the other day.

I think when you keep"clicking" it the "help" screen comes back?
(I'll also be glad to see it go)

On iOS devices, just refresh the page.

Had the same thing on my Galaxy S the other day. The position of the open/close button being the same meant by the time it had registered and loaded I'd accidentally turned it back on again.

Some swearing but chuffed it works on my phone smile

Could PH Classifieds have a separate 'Just testing the water' section to save such nonsense cluttering up the adverts.

'Just testing the water' is getting as annoying as 'sort after' and 'the best colour for these'.

If you save these links, I've already done it for you...

Added in last 48 hours
Added in last three days
Been using the Quick search "last 72 hour" link off the Pistonheads Home page with no issues in the past, but tried it today and it showed 003492 adverts added in this period, but when I selected "Private Only" adverts to be displayed this number went straight to 000000, so It seems as if the 72 hour private only adverts function is not working (tried private adverts with no time limit on the Beta page and they show ok I think)
I Tested the 72 hour feature on the old Classifieds and it does return lots of pages of Private only Adverts, so that proves that they have been added.
Have also now tested the "last 24 hour" link off the Pistonheads Home page and the same problem is happening when "Private Only" adverts are asked to be displayed.

Hope it's an easy fix for ya when you get back from Le Mans!! wink
