One of these days Austin Martin will invent their own tail-lights!
Eh? Where do you think the lights on the Vantage, DB9, DBS, Vanquish and DB11 come from?
I don't know, Skoda?

I've always liked the DB7 but that will annoy every time I see one now! They don't even fit properly hence the plastic filler trim between the light and bodywork. Bit of a bodge on such an expensive car.

Renault 5 GT Turbo/Renault 19 16v rear calipers are also found on Saxo VTR/VTS' and 106 GTIs
That is not in the least bit unusual. Rear brake calipers on some models of Peugeot 307 are the same as those used on Audi A8s, for example...

Apparently. Although I am not convinced when you turn it upside down.

Similar when looked at upside down but definitely not the same unit - look at the depth of the horizontal red bar on both

Doesn't the Mk I Elise have the headlamps from a Renault 4?

And some McLaren F1s have the high mounted mirrors from a BMW Z1.

I can't be a****d to read the whole thread, though someone hinted at this early on, but I believe that the pre-WW2 Standard 8 uprights - slightly modified - are used on the current Caterham range.

And the MGF/TF. I think also the VX200

The MGF is a massive collection of bits from other Austin-Rover cars.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but the Lancia Fulvia shared side indicator repeaters with Ferrari 250 GTO (and several other Ferraris/Maseratis from the period).
