Not too common for me to see another one on the roads, so when I spotted one in the Halfords car park (don't judge me, I needed a socket set), I parked up beside for a quick photo op.

Mine is the Scarlet Red one on the left, and as it turned out, the Aegean Blue one on the right has the same rare 2.2 petrol engine as mine does (3,600 Coupes had this engine out of 106k Coupes built), and the owner is also a member of the 406 Coupe Club forums.

That photo was taken in June 2011; since then, I've maybe seen 10 other Coupes at most.

Howmanyleft shows 251 on the road, but that's Sport Wagon and saloon. Seems 376 (269 saloon/107 Sport Wagon) came to the UK in total.

A guy at work has a small Mitsubishi offroader type thing with pininfarina badges on, can't believe something so boring came out of that styling house
