Hi johnnyBv8, Sorry I have received today a signed acknowledgment from Company "A" along with other information that senior managers have also seen and agreed to the changes. This should complete this post. Thanks All.

This thread has changed my life.

I recently had to undergo some changes with my contract with Apple for my Apple Music subscription. After the advice on here I changed the contract stating that I would own Apple Inc if they agreed to my terms by taking the next payment. Sure as eggs is eggs my Apple Music subscription went out yesterday and I now own Apple. I gave Tim Cook a buzz and showed him my bank statements, he agreed and he's signed over the company to me this afternoon. I of course can't post up the signed docs because of GDPR.

I'm really looking forward to working with Messrs Cook and Ive to bring my vision of Apple products to the market place. You should all be very excited.

I've also just renewed my Netflix subscription and I expect to own that by the end of the week.

Musk makes out it's so hard being a billionaire sending rockets into space and trying to get people on Mars. I'm just checking the paperwork for my Model 3 reservation and with a few amendments I'll show him who's boss!!!!!

I've just updated it again. Since you've agreed, I get all of that, plus you need to buy me a fish supper and mushy peas.

Don't forget that if they contest it, you should argue your rights as a "Freeman on the land".
A few lines into the thread, I also thought to myself "oh, he's one of "them", isn't he?"....

4 pages on, my opinion remains unchanged.

I have full CCTV on my site where the car is stored and in a garage. If anyone comes on my land then they will be breaking the LAW and the police will be called. In UK law everyone has the right to thier day in court.
Call the Police as much as you like. Trespass is a Civil matter and they won’t be interested.

I could come on your land as much as I like. There’s nothing you could do about it. Well, you could but absent a threat or criminal intent from me, you’d be the one being talking to da Polis.

I think you might have done yourself up like a kipper with that statement

GDPR is there to protect you from the transfer of data It can in no way assist you in enforcing a legal agreement

Thats where you have stitched yourself up my son as you might have forgotten quite a lot of the members on here have spent the last six months studying the new data act in their job So they would have a good grasp on the point I am highlighting

Christ alive, that’s an hour of my life I’m never getting back.

OP - post the evidence or quite simply, you’re full of st.

Failing that, I hope the PH mods close this thread, before anyone else wastes more time entertaining this berk.

He may have got a letter.

If it exists, the letter probably says that the issue has been escalated and they acknowledge the payment was made.

In wibble wobble world this means that senior management have reviewed the case and by acknowledging the payment they’ve accepted all of the terms.

Or it’s all just made up.

Either way I hope the OP either gets more inventive or ups the ante a bit ‘cos it’s boring now.

Pretended to buy a 944 drunk on ebay and made a thread about it, got busted and shamed.

To his credit he fessed up and apologised.

I don't even believe he was drunk.

The desperate back pedalling posts were not those of a drunk but a sober man who'd been caught out ,badly.
