So many of those cars are not 'straight' in line, and the Nimrod is neither straight, nor lined up on the centreline of the runway.
Terrible

They can cover more ground in a day than any living creature on the planet. So pretty efficient ![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)
More ground or more distance? I'd hazard a guess that various dogs, monkeys and bacteria (do they count as living creatures?) might be able to mix it with the most distance-covering of humans.![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)
Of course you could always put a dog in a car or train. Probably train bacteria have the best claim for covering more ground in a day.
Of course in none of these cases are the living being acting as an engine, so it's a moot point.

I was going to suggest wildebeest and zebra, but then had a rather better thought...the wandering albatross!
(Anyone want to hazard a guess at how far a large bird that almost never lands can fly in a day???)
depends - do they fly with or counter rotation of the globe? ;0(Anyone want to hazard a guess at how far a large bird that almost never lands can fly in a day???)
