Saw this outside Hampton Court the other week when the Concours was on- never seen one on the road before, oh and excuse the crap photo
Anyone know if the plate is from Jersey or a UK plate?

Actually, here in DC I see about 2-3 of them a day!

Not quite daily spots but certainly 1 or 2 a week

As far as I'm aware, it's just a stilo with a numbered plate riveted to the dash, and some wheels pinched from OZ.
