My first guess is that I am not their target audience?
But I have tried to view these youtube channels and i just don't get the 'buzz'.
They originally started as spotters of supercars in and around London and did a fine job of putting the London scene onto a laptop/international audience but they have failed to progress. They drive fast cars and in many cases own them but they are not insightful or controversial. They make the idea of owning a supercar fking boring. Tedious videos of drives into London or inane ste spouted into camera in a traffic jam.
Sorry to diss the youth of today but ........

I like channels such as Motor Trend and /Drive
Anyone know more about this Seb Delaney business? Not a fan or subscribed so don't know too much about it but apparantly he was caught out big time lying about various things including a car of his getting stolen for the sake of gaining subscribers.
I'm waiting for it to come out that Archie "never races" Hamilton racing staged his getting banned in France video.
I have my suspicions anyway as what Policeman regardless of country is going to allow himself to pictured with a guy on his knees with his hands on his head?
Reeks of BS to me. Plenty calling him out for blatant clickbait too.

I am very satisfied that the Seb Delaney Lotus was stolen entering a Paris car park late at night by a gun carrying carjacker. Nice outfit Janni: https://youtu.be/JlUnXhmIF9g?t=639 Pls send it to Lana Rose to wear.
Another good addition by Sam (STG) yesterday, he's been on a role lately, certainly been breaking away from the typical supercar vlogger norm.
Learning to drive his 695 Biposto around Brands Hatch with the help of Max Chilton, and comparing it to a laptime on Forza 6. Previous to this he took it around Blyton Park too, also had a video about the equipment he uses. Enjoying the track-focused stuff in any case, let's see him take the 540C around track next!

I can't sit through a whole STG video. He's got to have the most annoying demeanor of the lot.Learning to drive his 695 Biposto around Brands Hatch with the help of Max Chilton, and comparing it to a laptime on Forza 6. It would be nice to see someone from a less privileged background reviewing these cars. Probably why I lean further towards SOL rather than listen to Shmee labour over whether or not he's going to buy 150 supercars this year or 149.
Loads of guys have showed the equipment they use. It's amazing how most normal guys can create videos nowadays to rival Top gear stuff from less than 10 years ago. Although audio is the usual let down.
STG is the only "rich boy" Youtuber I can watch although he can get super annoying a lot of the time!
To the poster that said he likes the "normal non rich guy vloggers" you might like a channel called "For the drive"
At risk of getting chucked off here for apparantly being this person (?) This is a good recent upload from a similar channel

Yeah, sometimes I open a Supercars of London video and actually think I'm watching topgear as the photography, panning shotds and ultra high quality, cutting-edge editing and production levels are almost identical.Japveesix said:

Haha yes I agree. But it is at least technically possible. Just look back at the outside shots TG used and they aren't even on par with a gopro!Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
