isnt it usually the other way round though - outside lane 10mph , middle lane 30mph, inside lane clear as a bell ( however clear that is)

yes

People like him are part of the reason society has largely turned away from petrolheads.

So the Certi guy has been caught? Hilarious. He painted a huge target on his back and the Police like nothing more than catching people like him, good on them.

What's led to people being uppety stuck behind is they think they can gain some positions by passing everyone on the left and push in at the front.

Why are all those people in the left 2 lanes not using all 4?
For a while it was working with everyone behind using all 4 lanes and moving forward as one - it stopped though
For fear of stirring up a hornets nest of st-covered hornets, the outside lane was closed at one point, and then a few miles later it was clear and the gantries started showing 40mph across all lanes again. Throbber decided that the lane should remain closed though.

it's not gaining positions (and here I have my st-hornet swat at the ready) because it's then open motorway, not a merge in turn. And in any case, and this is where the st-hot st-hornet swat comes into its own, it's not the throbber's job, obligation or right to prevent anyone from driving onwards on open tarmac.
Had the outside lane remained closed by use of a red X on the gantry, the road captain would have been breaking the law himself by entering that lane to prevent others passing. Goodness knows what logic the Kuga driver in lane 3 was using to hang back from other traffic and try to close two lanes.

I think I promised not to post about Certi again when he was still active and I know I probably promoted his content more than I should have just to share my outrage at it and how easy it was to identify him but this news makes me very happy.

Moronic behaviour of our two 'friends' and those in Lane 2 unwilling to pull into the adjacent vacant lanes, demonstrates the British queuing syndrome:

Brits will actively look for a queue even when none exists, asking: “Is this the end of the queue?”

We have utter respect for the queuing convention and loathe anyone who tries to manipulate it. Everyone is equally miserable in a queue and that suits the average Brit just fine.

All i can think there is that those two lanes were solid because everyone was loking to pull off at the next junction.

Otherwise that matrix board ought to be doing something more useful than blank

Was a matter of time, he really thought he was being clever with blurring stuff, saying it was in Mexico.

I know people slag the Police off but they cant ignore that and will use whatever they have to catch the guy, probably without that much effort once they have decided he is being investigated.

If you are stupid enough to repeatedly break the law to that degree, then video and post it online, deserve all you are getting.

Might get away with the odd thing, they dont have time to go int every YT video of excess speed etc but he really stuck his head over the parapet.

I wonder if they'll be any additional fallout for those who were in his videos too? Either ones he filmed at events or those who let him use their cars or drove like him as he filmed from the passenger seat?

The latest from Dashflix.

In the first clip a biker filters at a Zebra Crossing. Driver gets irate. A slanging match ensues:
