From the text "Both drivers agreed to go their separate ways without involving insurance" ... er no, I'd have sent that footage off to the boys in blue let alone the insurance company!

Maybe there's a roundabout at the bottom of that slip that the cam car needed to be in the right hand lane for. Matey in the BMW should have just tucked in behind and got on with it.

And just look at the way the BMW stopped on the hard shoulder, total death position, either for him or for someone passing that hits his stuck out car, clearly has no idea.

It's the turn off from the M8 to the M80. 5 lanes wide, 50mph limit. There's no roundabout ahead.

The lane discipline shown by the DCW is typical for that stretch of road. BMW obviously let his frustration get the better of him.

Entirely possible the lane hogger wasn't actually insured, so wanted to avoid any contact with the law.

I have recently been wishing I had a massive box of eggs on my passenger seat because people that do stupid stuff like this just deserve to have consequences and I don't mean a flash of lights, a beep of horn or even a finger out the window or being posted on YouTube. I mean something like an egg to the paint or brick through the windscreen.

Just this morning a large/wide load was trying to navigate a tight country bend in front of me, so I stopped to give him space to manoeuvre and was overtaken by someone who couldn't look ahead and see there's a huge wide load lorry trying to turn a corner and I'm stopped to give him space. Muppet just drove on the pavement to get past. But hey, lets punish all the speeders because they're the ones that kill people.
