I'm a happy bunny with four brand new Conti Sport Contacts just fitted on my A4. Overall an excellent experience - great price, great service at the fitters and good telephone service from Tyre Giant when I called to check on delivery progress.
Two niggles, both minor:
I was able to book an 'fitting appointment' for Saturday morning, but the tyres didn't arrive at the fitters until Monday... Luckily I saved myself an hour's drive by ringing the fitter first to check they were in. Maybe have an "email me when tyres are delivered" capability?
Secondly - and I only spotted this when I got home - the tyres are marked MO on the sidewall (Mercedes?). It's not what I ordered, but I assume these are still OK on an Audi?
FWIW, the recent "prize draw' for free tyres was a major factor in me ordering from Tyre Giant. A great idea, done in the right way.

Hi Travis,
I think a very popular choice if we could get it would be the Dunlop Direzza Star Spec 2. This usually comes out top in tests in the U.S. and I'm fairly certain would have a very good take up in the UK. Typical sizes would be for: Renault Clio, E46 M3, E36, Mitsubishi Evo 5-9, GTR. Any of the regular track day hacks. You could just take a look at stock for tyres like the R888 to give an idea.
If you could get someone to do a review with some decent coverage I think they'd fly off the shelves.
Track day/fast road tyres seem to have huge profit margins. There aren't that many suppliers in the UK but even then the difference in price is massive.
I'm currently looking for 4x Yokohama AD08R in 245/40/17. Demon tweeks are the only place that seem to have them in stock and are £169. However, my local Formula 1 tyre centre would supply and fit for £130. Annoyingly there's no stock due until 21st May. Apparently there's also a price reduction to £129 when they do come back into stock. I can get them from Europe but would work out nearly £150 per tyre with about a 1 week wait.
Can you help with getting a set?
Please respond by PM.
Many thanks,
Sam

Hi Travis.
I'm in need 2 Continental 4x4 Sportcontact tyres for my parents' 2010 Range Rover Sport - 275/40/R20 106Y.
The winter wheel are due to come off next week.
I put through my details 3 or 4 days ago to get a quote - it was one of the best at the time. I've now gone to order them and the price has jumped from around £168 to £180+ per unit.
Is there any deal you could kindly offer?
I've PM'ed this to you as well
Many thanks in advance,
Darren
