This is a follow-up plea from a year or so ago for someone to put me in touch with the current owner of 9 KPL.

This was the original plate on my 1960 Aston Martin which lost it when it was exported to the States circa 2001.
Now the car is back in the UK I am looking to reunite the car with its original plate.

For the longest time 9 KPL has been registered to an elusive 90s XJ6 which was habitually MOTd in the Ipswich area. According to the DVLA website 9 KPL is now affixed to a '98 silver BMW 318.

A nice Christmas present for anyone who can put me in touch with the owner!

There is a cheeky way of getting the owners details...

Saw GYM 80Y on a Peugeot Rcz at James Cook hospital Middlesbrough yesterday. Technically this is the right thread, but... rolleyes

Yes it was driven by a 30-40yr old with big muscles.

If the owners initials are ‘MAS’ I’m sure they’ll disagree.

Good idea. It will help me use up all the 'bath gel' I got from Santa.

Quite a few JCBs in Utoxiter, Derby area near their HQ. They must have bought up so many that middle management type cars appear to have them

Passed another insignia with a JCB plate today on the A50 (near the JCB factory). Pretty sure you're right, they bought a job lot and you can have one on your company car.

Some of their trucks have them too. No doubt the family have others on their not small car collection. Mr Bamford has APB 1 on his classic Ferrari that he races.

Also ADK 1N, I believe it's the gentlemens surname and 5 AM (early riser perhaps? ;-) ) All correctly spaced.
