It's not the best photoshop I've ever seen, the shadow is OTT and the background misaligned but overall I've seen much worse attempts.

To add to the Impreza S5/6 WRC theme

2 door Californian Impreza with carbon fibre WRC type wings, front spoiler and rear valance. It has had a complete chassis, loom and interior swap from a later new shape Impreza as well and runs a 2.5 turbo putting out around 500Bhp/500ftlb.

Looks quite nice to me.
