You can't actually see from that photo but it's actually a dropped curb, while it's not a drive (it's blocked with a locked gate) it's still an access point.

What gets me is that this is probably one of the parents there to pick their children up from the local primary (it's a short walk through the woods from there through that access point) and there are all too many that would rather block the pavement (and so force the other parents, some with very young children, pushchairs etc to have to go into the road) than park legally and partly "block" the road.
The world of the school run is a strange and dark place that only the unwary enter or seek to interfere with. Normal rules of physics and society do not apply.

A delivery of safety equipment...

And a duo from the boys in blue, next to a car park with lots of spare spaces.

Have some Stateside bad parking.......

Full-sized van parked in a "Compact" parking space? Idiot.

More not-compact vehicles badly parked in "Compact" spaces.

Since when is a Dodge Ram, a Chevy Tahoe and a Toyota Tacoma considered a compact? At least the Ram driver kept it inside the lines.

I sometimes work in Holland, this is apparently a vehicle you can use without a car licence hence the (45) on the back.

It's the smallest car I've seen in a while, so how the fk did this happen???

If you can make it out...
You can see that they are parked right next to a mini island to which no car can now get round!

There was a black Pug in front of this as well but that wasn't blocking as much as the Corsa.

Regardless of the circumstance, no one should deliberately crash into another vehicle. Especially one with children on board.

Disgraceful behaviour.
Yeah but little travellers grow into big travellers and just rob everyone, think of it as an attempted cull that went wrong.

It's that strange mentality that so many motorists have that so long as they're not blocking the way for other cars, then it's all OK. I say "other cars" as opposed to "other vehicles" due to the fact that the f$%ktards who use the street I live on as free station car park lack the basic spatial awareness and foresight to think that things like ooooh, bin lorries (hint: there are wheelie bins on the verges), delivery lorries or god forbid ambulances or fire engines might need to get through.

to be fair I don't really have much of an issue with the mini (ok she could have parked elsewhere I guess)
