In the 2nd pic, does he just have a random alternator tattooed on his arm? And what appears to be some sort of coffee pot under it.
What sort of mental level do you have to be operating at to even consider doing something like that...

For those who have mentioned debadging...is it front or rear specifically that you hate?
Debadging the rear seems fine to me, as most cars do look better without lots of badges all over the bootlid. But I have yet to see a single car that looks better as a result of having the front badge removed. Just looks like someone missing a few teeth.
Yet front debadging seems popular with chavved up Vauxhalls, so I tend to associate it with being a chavvy mod.
My car has been rebadged by a previous owner, both from and rear. I am interested to know if people think it looks better or worse than standard? I didn't know there was such a thing as a RHD Opel Speedster! Still looks better with some detail in the grill though, it looks oddly unfinished without it to my eye.
One for the 'cars you didn't know existed, thread? :-)I have wondered about it and why they bothered. They were sold in Ireland and as you can imagine there wouldn't have been too many. I guess it didn't take too much to do though
i see the whole debadge argument in this thread again.
as a debadger myself it baffles me that some folk can get upset by me removing a badge from my car.
the majority of my cars have either been the top spec or the 2nd top spec model in the range so it's not like I'm trying to hide I've bought the poverty spec model.

Rubbish I've de badged 2 M cars an F10 M5 and e92 M3, nothing to do with being embarrassed I just wanted to get most of the chrome off the car.
^^^^ This, I've done the same to my SL55.... no V8 Kompressor badges, no AMG badges, no SL55 badges... looks much cleaner, but of course in reality I was embarrassed about it and wanted people to think it was an SL350 I saw today on one of the CUPRA Facebook groups I am part of, a person had put one of those weird tow rope/material things poking out the front grille. Someone asked where does it attatch as he wanted to put one on too. The guy replied, "it is just cable tied on to the grille"... I really can't understand it? It look naff and further to that it's pointless and completely unusable

Debadging looks so st, especially if you take the front one off.
Well I'm nearly st as I have debadged the back and made the chrome rings the same colour as the grill so it doesn't stand out. AlmostUseful said:
