I have always wanted a Skoda Felicia fun. Bright yellow pick up with 2 pull out seats in the back and frogs on the seats!

Came very close a couple of times but spousal disapproval overruled!
One coming up for auction: https://angliacarauctions.co.uk/classic/sat-27th-s...

The weird and wonderful C6.
My one was bought a month ago or so but is the 2.7 diesel, the better engine really for a C6 than the petrol. Same as the Jaguar XF motor and widely acclaimed as a great engine. The finest C6 and certainly the dearest however, is the 3.0 diesel but they fetch double what my car would for some reason. Just 30 or so bhp more, very strange. A few more mpg too, but double the value?
Diesel is a decent lump but for me the petrol v6 is a must for a c6. The cars trump card is refinement and good though the diesel is, the petrol has it trumped in that respect..
The petrol must be good then because this car Is just about silent in most circumstances. Double glazed windows help no doubt. It absolutely wafts along.

No arguments, lovely engine. I guess, in reality, electric would suit c6 character the best of all!

I recently bought a 2009 Mitsubishi 660cc turbocharged triple.
The I as it is known. Not many people like it but i love the mix of tiny shape and good inside space and also it's rarity.
Adore the i car, will have one
Word of warning, although you may already realise this. It has under 70 bhp, although a useful 94 ft. from 3,000 rpm. It really doesn't go too fast and the car struggles on hills a bit. A passenger makes a big difference when say pulling away uphill from the lights. I'm learning to drive around it's foibles and slight sluggishness though.

Ride wise and quiet-wise, it's like a Bentley to drive, it genuinely is. Open a window at tick over and reality is back! But nothing you'd call noisy even then.

My dad owned a tr7 and really liked it!! Red with big cibies, and a later Solihul model, I learnt to drive sideways in that car at about 13 years old!!

Life long small car fan, covered tens of thousands of miles in a 34hp beetle, just adjust your life to the car, cos the car ain't changing...

I would suggest it shouldn't feel as sluggish as you say, although that will all depend on what you are used to I guess!! I drove one after owning four 450 smarts and the i felt like a better quality car, such a clever design

The best thing about the TR7 in the link is that it's a TR8

Nice car. Pop up headlights to win at life.

It's not particularly bizarre, as such, but down my street lives a Suzuki Kizashi and every time I drive past it I can't help but feel like I'd like one, although I don't think I'd like having a CVT.

This one looks nice in black:

I've got a real soft spot for Japanese vans, especially the chromed up luxury ones like the Toyota Alphard and Nissan Elgrand. If I was chauffeur-driven, I'd have one in a second.

But is it an actual tr8, or a converted tr7 possibly done in a backstreet garage by a large man called Bill with the mechanical sympathy of a Barbary Ape and a toolkit consisting of an adjustable poundland wrench, a lump hammer and a packet of 10 year old cable ties?

Another one for me:

Mk1 twingo

I reckon 790kg and 75bhp would make for a fun city car. They seem plentiful under €1k. I know very little about them though, wonder if you could make it into a junior clio cup (172/182 cups have laughingly simple suspension) or even shoehorn an f4r in the engine bay?

A man after my heart!

I once owned a Mk I Panda, non 4x 4 though, and I have a Ghibli II bookmarked as one of my potential summer purchases (yeah, right).
