That really is lovely - love the colour but pity it's not airconned. Full Sportline chassis and interior was a seriously expensive extra back then - £4,500 on top of an already expensive car.

Here's another. Although I'm not a fan of the 4 Matic I do like the colour and spec on this. Given that it's quite leggy and I think comically overpriced but it is nice.

A good sign - two sl55s and a CL63 in as well as various other mercs - w124 and r129.



The SLK drives better, the gearbox is much smoother. And it’s nice to have had someone look over the car.

Highly recommended if you are in the midlands and have a Merc!
