I've just bought a new car and the brightest colour I could get was red! Twenty years ago I bought a Ford Ka and got an amazing discount on the one in the showroom as it was bright green. Loved it and it was quickly named Kermit by everyone who knew me. Recently I had a dark red Mini Clubman and got a Paul Smith style roof wrap to add some colour. Thinking what I can do with the new car to make it brighter and stand out more.
A peelable spray wrap is probably what you need - enjoy the car in the colour you want and then strip it back to factory boring grey when you come to sell it.fooman said:
There was a time red was the single most popular colour, these days monochrome. I think people buy new cars with the next owner in mind, not for themselves, to protect value. I'm hoping bright colours become fashionable again.
A lot of new cars are leased rather than bought, these people are ordering cars that they like as they havent got the worry of re sale values. Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
