Got any strange yearnings for bizarre cars?

Another one for me:
Mk1 twingo
I reckon 790kg and 75bhp would make for a fun city car. They seem plentiful under €1k. I know very little about them though, wonder if you could make it into a junior clio cup (172/182 cups have laughingly simple suspension) or even shoehorn an f4r in the engine bay?
Another fan of mk1 twingo, absolutely brilliant, comfy wee cars and hugely practical Mk1 twingo

I once owned a Mk I Panda, non 4x 4 though, and I have a Ghibli II bookmarked as one of my potential summer purchases (yeah, right).
Mk1 panda one of my favourite car designs, and the favourite of its creator Guigiario...(probably spelt hopelessy wrong...?)I once owned a Mk I Panda, non 4x 4 though, and I have a Ghibli II bookmarked as one of my potential summer purchases (yeah, right).

I’ve never driven or ridden in one. Used to watch the Andros trophy on Eurosport in the 90s and wanted one since then. Hoping they are typically French in that they can fire over potholed country roads with ease Fink-Nottle said:

Just have to flog my TVR Chimaera first.I once owned a Mk I Panda, non 4x 4 though, and I have a Ghibli II bookmarked as one of my potential summer purchases (yeah, right).
There was a Ghibli Cup auctioned late Autumn 2019 which fetched £ 18k. Didn't have the cash...

I've got a real soft spot for Japanese vans, especially the chromed up luxury ones like the Toyota Alphard and Nissan Elgrand. If I was chauffeur-driven, I'd have one in a second.

Would sir like the body kit with their Alphard? I like these too, apparently epically comfortable. https://jalopnik.com/the-toyota-alphard-is-the-opu...
Not a car at all and I don’t have a PCV licence, or any plans to organise one.
However I’ve always had a weird obsession with luxury coaches, in particular Setras, and am finding myself wasting far more time than is good for me wondering how to fit this on the driveway -

That is just fantastic. However I’ve always had a weird obsession with luxury coaches, in particular Setras, and am finding myself wasting far more time than is good for me wondering how to fit this on the driveway -
Mercedes V8 and an 8 speed manual gearbox too!
Would be a great basis for an upmarket camper for a Euro tour - when we are allowed out.

This weeks strange yearnings include original Fiat Panda 4x4
Love these, a bit ridiculous and hard to see what the actual purpose of them is, but that just makes me want one even more.Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
