A few I've been meaning to post that have been on my phone for a while. The Evoque appears to be sporting a "3.4S" badge off a 60s Jaguar, the Polo is very tacky and the A class is just a bit bizarre. Perhaps an A180 CDI was considered too common by its owner.

Dear Lord I saw something today that would make Rolls and Royce do a coffin cartwheel.Coming towards me as I was driving along was a Kia Magentis. I know! Bad enough already but the elderly fella driving had shoddily glued on the end of his bonnet ....... The Spirit of Ecstasy.

As it trundled on by and I stared like someone who had just seen Elvis at the bus stop I vowed to one day get proof of this mobile Unicorn and post it here for all to see. The hunt is on.

Should only have GT on the back
That one is a 1.9 TDI, and the GT badge was thrown on.

Only the 2.0 got GT badges here in the Republic.

Turners Cross Motors are long gone, now a Mercedes main dealer.

Couldn’t get a pic as I was driving but I saw a 1st gen facelift Alhambra with a wonky 3.0 TDI badge on it yesterday. Happy to be corrected but I don’t think SEAT have ever had the 3.0 TDI in any car let alone their MPV, just seems like a stupid up-badge to me as it’s not impressive even if it was true!

Amazingly, there are a few Corsas out there with turbo V6s... but I suspect this was not one of them!!!

One of the big Vauxhall tuners (Courtenay?) used to do an N/A V6 swap for the Nova and Corsa, by all accounts the handling is terrible due to the sub-optimal weight distribution.

I was going to say that BMW do make an M760Li (my boss has one) but did the standard number plate check and saw this is a misbadged diesel. The diesel is still a really nice, desirable car...how insecure to you have to be to turn your decent car into a misbadged fakery?!
