That Alfa is gorgeous, Kurt. thumbup
A much loved old Italian car in Germany. Marvellous. On a pretend rally in Italy in the 90s one of the local lads employed as a guide had an immaculate Frogeye. I was over the moon.

The E36 AMG was a rare format for the W124 series, even rarer for a coupe. Without getting closer, it’s hard to tell if it’s just bodykit or the real day. But real ones are definite rarities and much sought after.

Records aren’t reliable but if something like 200 coupe/cabs, I think only 58 came to the UK.

Nice traction on the Ferrari hehe

If that Testarossa just happened to be passing in the background, I wonder what he was trying to photograph on the closer carriageway? Whatever it was, it was too quick for his camera! wink

Thanks for that. Did look very cool. Wish I could have got a closer look at it.

Superleggera

The driver looks a bit like Georg Kacher (Car columnist).

Similar, but think Kacher is a bit bigger, and this guy looks more “tanned, elderly playboy” biggrin

Has the hive mind decided that BMW E60/61s aren't ugly after all, or has it just forgiven them because they're cheap now?

Ah that would explain why a dealer wouldnt want it.

And I always thought that shape was good looking, it's just took the rest a while to catch up.

I saw this a couple of days ago on New Bond Street in London. Parked outside the IWC watch shop (behind it's own velvet rope!), presumably it is the Merc 300 SL that David Coulthard will race at Goodwood this weekend. It is stunning and I nearly fell off my bike as I went past. No-one else gave it even a second glance...

According to the DVLA it's a 1968 VW Beetle based kit-car. Seems to have been built in 2012. Pretty though.
