Luxembourgish plates have always been yellow with black letters, also the spacing is completely off.I'm not aware of any other country whose format fits.
Since 2006, our numberplates have had either 5 digits or 2 letters 4 digits - this old style of plate (2 letters 3 digits) couldn't have been put on a newish car.
Also to get that bodykit type-approved by our MOT would be nigh impossible.
