Good or bad?
None.

ITS BLOODY AWFUL!
But doesn't fit the requirements of this thread
I agree... In fact wouldn't look twice at it..
Love the car and the plate sets it of nicely
Off. Not of. rolleyes Unless of course you're unfortunate enough to have any Essex in you in which case you'll know the local vernacular is ofof.

But really? I'm guessing you're suggesting the plate spells the name of the car by saying that sets if off nicely and you believe that registration is even a remote approximation of representing the word Mustang then I'd get to an opticians straight after your next English remedial class.
Ohhhh look at Mrs Pedantic here rolleyes

You obviously have a low IQ if you see that car, with it's number plate, and fail to make connection. Let me blow your mind for a second, the human mind doesn't need the plate to read accurately as Mustang for it to be read as such within the context - every day is a school day.

Take this as an example...but hold onto something. you might fall down in shock that you can read it:

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe.

Next time I have to school you I might need to charge a fee rolleyes

PS Let me know how it feels to be outed on a forum as the village idiot.

Did I miss that bit in the HC? No other traffic around, go on, do what you like. Straightlining is always wrong, traffic or no traffic
No, it's not always wrong. In fact, I can think of a couple of mini roundabouts where going all the way around increases the risk of an accident as people assume you're going in a different direction and pull out. I assume you're one of those annoying people who would drive on a road like this and stick exactly in between the lines, braking for every bend rather than taking a nice smooth line all the way down which is perfectly safe. Part of being human is the ability to apply different rules to different situations rather than blindly sticking to something because IT'S THE LAW!!!!! (which the Highway Code isn't).

To repeat, straightlining is always wrong.

You seem to be completely missing the point of this thread & overthinking it somewhat.......

Several posters here, myself included, think that plate is `Crappy` as was the MU 66 TAG that i followed yesterday even if it was correctly spaced.

There was a nice Merc SEC local to me a few years ago with a Northern Irish plate, BNZ 434 or sum such.

I didn't need to be Sherlock to know it was trying to say Benz.

Like the `Mustang` plates, it was Crappy even though it wasn't mis spaced.

What, your ridiculous response to what was obviously originally a typo by you that resulted in the Cambridge Uni diatribe?

If you dont like being picked up on that sort of thing this isnt the thread for you.

The `Mustang` plate is crap, ergo its in!

Its not always about mis spacing & bolts.

Do tell us more - just what were you responding too then? Somebody who does know the important grammatical differentiation between of and off when you demonstrably don't maybe? Somebody on a car forum - of all places - you rashly assume doesn't know what a Mustang is? Somebody who does know for sure that you can't actually spell anything at all with numbers or takes a not that unreasonable objection at the all too common use of txtspk, ignorance and lack of basic English skills?

Seriously. Go away and have a quiet word with yourself about what you're posting and where you're posting it. This is a C124PPY numberplate forum and posting in defence of a crappy numberplate puts you in serious jeopardy of making a complete prat of yourself.

If you even for a fleeting moment think the registration MU13 ANG can be in anyway be associated with the Mustang brand without revealing yourself at the same time as being in support of a desperately pretentious and illiterate mindset then clearly you're not in any position to offer much advice about anything to anybody with more than two functioning brain cells.

Crumbs chaps!

I think that it's clear from my previous posts as to which side of the fence I stand on in this matter. But for the sake of keeping the thread on track, with photos or at least images of crappy plates, can we please all just agree to disagree, and let the actual content take centre stage?

It's bad enough to see whole pages of thread derailment without a single photo or fresh submission. But it's unedifying in the extreme when it breaks down into bickering and personal insults. I'm not a moderator, just a concerned contributor who'd like to get away from a situation where it seems a quite vocal minority can't have a debate where they simply present their contrary opinion to another contributor's submission, and then move on. Why feed the argument until it obscures entirely the submission that started it? Honestly, it's like a Glaswegian derby match in here sometimes!
