You could reroute the exhaust slightly so it ran near the bottle to keep it warm.
good plan, either that or a 12v kettle element via the cigarette lighter

what's a window screen?
That's what folk here in Yorkshire call a windscreen.

I'm not sure if this is a Yorkshire 'thing' or if it's widespread...

Filling the washer bottle with piss probably makes more sense than plumbing in the windscreen run-off.
Maybe we could all collect our micturations and market the stuff as windscreen washer additive.
The advertising would be straightforward enough.

"Keeping the screen clear is now a piece of piss"
or
"We piss all over the competition"
You get the idea.
All we need is a name.

"Amberklene" is already in use. Makes you wonder what they make it from!

Then there's..

"WAZZO"
"Dick's Dirt Destroyer"
"Liquid Gold"
"Sheik Pissquick's Screensaver"

It can also unfreeze locks although draught is probably better than bottled for that particular application.
Have you ever wondered where the phrases, "Doesn't have a pot to piss in," and, "Taking the piss," come from? Urine used to be used in the fulling of cloth to get all the grease out of it before it could be dyed. People used to collect their urine in pots and sell it to people requiring it in the mills. The industry was so important urine was taxed. People who were too poor to have a pot to collect their urine didn't have a pot to piss in. So your idea isn't entirely new. Nowadays you can sell your urine to people wanting clean pee for drugs tests. You can tell I've been Googling the market potential here.

When I bought the 77 Kadett and awoke it from its years of slumber in its cosy heated garage I gave it a once over before the MOT, When I operated the windscreen washers the little motor buzzed away happily and the two jets on the bonnet sprayed what can only be described as silly string all over the window in a gelatinous stream that was caught by the wind and whipped about all over the front of the car.
I then removed the washer bottle in order to clean it out but no amount of turning upside down and shaking would dislodge the jelly that was inside, small amounts would flop out but most of it was stuck and staying put.
I ended up pouring boiling water in the top of the bottle and melting the goo out.

What the hell was going on there ?

Wow. Just wow. I'll run this past the design engineers at work, see if someone wants to go halves on a patent.

How about a scoop to pick up water from ditches, a bit like the ones steam trains used to have?

You could collect the condensation from the exhaust.

I think we're onto something here.
