Shock-horror, some countries are cheaper than others.

Try comparing the UK used market against the rest of the world! We've got one of the cheapest.

You sure? Porsche USA lists a Boxster S at $60,900 which using the first currency calculator I found is £38,471. Porsche uk lists it as £45,384, bargain!
Except you haven't taken into account the general cost of living and wages.

It's all relative.

I think the consensus is that you can't really compare too closely as every country is different. Not exactly a eureka moment but still intriguing seeing how such an anticipated car compares in different markets.

I can't see there being much demand out here, even at 17k, despite Toyota being the most popular brand of car by some margin.
