So dont feed off each other on that score. The point its fun to drive and its a diesel a totally different car for no money with a few mods, some of you may pay more insurance than the micra costs.
So you were driving a diesel Micra and lost £800 whilst I was driving a TVR and made £1000...

You can't offer the services a trader or garage can so you can't expect that sort of money.

And I can't imagine a standard TVR on a specialist policy is much more expensive to insure than a heavily modified Micra?

And in returning it to stock, many savvy buyers might spot your mods.

I'm not pissing on your parade, I think life is about how you drive it, not what it is, or what mods it has, just be realistic that you haven't quite got the bargain that you think you have.

im not for selling it so i have, 2 months before i bought the micra they were £9000 then they mass sold the old stock i payed the £6800 an traded the wifes sport ka for £4500. Six weeks before i was offered £3600 by another nissan dealer for the KA I traveled 40 miles an got the price i asked.

You mean like this my kids are stood against. This renualt 5 gt turbo is brand new so it show,s how old i am. i wish i had it in my garage now brand new i would be minted. 5GT TURBO before you dads were born never mind you guys, 0 -60 6 seconds out a 1400 none injection car , wheels spinning in 3rd gear dragging you over the road , proper seat of the arse car. COST £10, 500 in 1990 new
