Excess level at £350 seems cheap to me, but then I am coming from a property view point and we would apply an xs of at least £1k.
For stock in the open.

Shows anti social behaviour up by 10% in Co Down. Appreciate this does not support my claims however I can not download the crime stats sheet to my iPad from psni, I want for specific crime stats. My original point and suspicions I have supported in my statement above and from what I have witnessed and read.

As we are only licensed by our capacity providers to use the geo tool in course of business, I can't give you or send you a print out of the findings of that area however I can tell you (whether you choose to believe it or not), that it views that area as a high crime and extreme arson area.
By "that area", are you talking about Bangor or all of NI? And over what sort of period has "that area" Had a high crime rate and been an area of whatever extreme arson is? Are we talking 1980-1995 or is the data more up to date? Finally, for the third time, what evidence do you have that this is most likely the result of someone not paying their protection money?

So many questions, so few answers. If you strike out this time, I'm going to call bks. fk it, I'll call bks now. You're talking bks. You made a sweeping statement, generalising a whole country and you've nowt to back it up with.

I used to work at a franchised dealership which was doing a roaring trade and a jealous local Independent dealer took the hump. He arranged for some "yoofs" to break into our secure compound and cover about 50 cars in acid, it was poured all over them including side panels and wheels and made some mess. He chose to do it on the night before the new reg was issued in September and I had 15 or so cars wrecked before they could be collected.
Was he arrested and taken to court? Some crazy fkers out there.
He was arrested on other charges and had apparently been taking out fraudulent hp agreements on cars on his forecourt. He was in Tenerife when the police caught up with him

Bangor is in Co Down (you've checked a map right?), stats were most recent, I've referenced the website, go have a look for yourself. I've offered evidence but I'm well withni my rights to voice my opinion whether you think its a sweeping statement or not.

Its a forum, call bks, I really don't care. I didn't realise I have to ask your permission to post an opinion on here, are you some kind of PH/internet moderator or just the run of the mill keyboard warrior?

Where's your evidence to back up this little statement you made?

I know the dealership and I know the area really well, until recently I lived there for five years.

Although Bangor is a generally affluent area and nice place to live, my first thought was loyalist paramilitaries and protection money. There are a few loyalist estates very close by (replete with paramilitary murals, flags etc) and the location of the forecourt is in the area where loyalist demonstrations aka flag protests have been held, and where paramilitary flags do get put up. Put another way, if I had a business at that spot I would have the expectation of protection racketeers calling by.

'Investigatory' was the word I was going for. Apologies if the mistake confused the course of my explanation for you.

You're evading the question. Are you a vegetarian? That's what people want to know!
