Nice- "on it" sums that up :-)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vs66uoWnVSU
At least on the video- he didn't give some of the more mundane cars he was passing much leeway and he was deep into the braking areas sometimes- not sure I'd be that confident in the abilities/vision of other drivers with "my" LaFerrari!

Genuine question, why is the steering wheel square? Is it "because race car" or is there some other explanation? I've only driven one vehicle with a non-round steering wheel and it was a mates Westfield (flat bottom steering wheel) on an airfield hooning day. I hated it because when the back stepped out and you had to start grabbing opposite lock, the flat bit kept catching me out as I was reaching for where a round wheel would be and finding nothing
same group of guys were having fun with a the LaF, CGT and 918 the previous day at Spa
A good bunch of friendly petrolheads often seen at Silverstone and Spa (goldtrack days) - and they can drive the hell out of their cars!
They do also wear helmets at times ahahahah

Is this the sort of thing that pistonheads wants to promote?
A guy clearly having fun with his mate, enjoying his £1m LaFerrari at the Ring when most are being locked away in air conditioned garages? Are you sure you are on the right website? As for me I'm going to say massive respect to the guy for using his LaFerrari as intended and even more so for laughing off a potentially disastrous tank slapper from his mate. If I had the means, I'd be doing the same.
As for the LaFerrari, that noise as it revs to 9000rpm is amazing, sorry but the McLaren P1 doesn't even come close for audio drama IMO. Secondly I know it has 900bhp but that acceleration is astonishing, he was passing some of those cars like they were stood still.

Real men only touch the sides. This was not meant to sound sexual.

Do most at the 'ring go without a helmet?
It depends on the session - I forget the terminology but it's just a public toll road a lot of the time and helmets are not required during those sessions - however I believe they're required or at least 'recommended' during 'private' sessions (e.g. trackdays or private testing)TIGA84 said:
Manuma.
There's a vid of him in his RS6 at the ring as well.
Search his other stuff, FXX, Enzo etc etc.
I think his Dads' got a few quid and he's not a bad peddler either.
Like a classier, more discreet, more stylish, more talented TaxTheRich if you will.

I FOR ONE WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS! All of this talk of 'having fun' on a track at the furry polar bears expense! Have you seen how cute they are? You're killing them one by one with your LaFerrari, just like they kill seals. DAM YOU ALL TO H**L! GOOD GOD NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I've been going since '99 at least twice a year and I've never worn one - personal preference really and depending on what you're in/session, but the Touristfahren sessions never have any stipulation. They don't make you wear one in the Taxi and that doesn't hang about - come to think of it I've never seen anyone offered one either.
Just amazing- the acceleration, stability and downforce of that thing.
Oh and cahoonas the size of footballs to do that on the wet at the ring. Electronic aids or not.
I thought the slides were pretty neat to be fair, especially on the bumpy cambers those corners throw at you.
Ah...and like that, no car I ever own will be fast enough!
