Its tax ran out several weeks later

The tow truck appeared the same day

Cheers
So please supply the link between those 2 events!

Who had to be told it wasn't taxed, and who got it removed?

TIA.

No idea whose it is, the guy whose house it is outside of doesn't drive.
Is it possible it belongs to him?

He may be tired of people parking vans outside his house, or parking too close to his driveway for his visitors to use it etc. So has bought a cheapo placeholder car.

Pull the plates off of it. The Police will be interested in a car on the road with no plates, should get the wheels turning.

I have never understood this attitude - how is it more offensive to have a van temporarily outside your house than a semi broken-down snotter 24-7?
