So I was ordered to wash mine on Thursday as I was doing the school run on Friday.

Really shouldn't have bothered as one trip to the horses and it's back to normal!

Not too bad considering I hadn’t washed it in 6 weeks and a few 180 miles a day commutes.

Only 1 weeks commute to build up this.
Hasn't even rained during that period.

So following the pic above of wife’s Touareg 60miles after a valet I decided to get it washed... again. So what happens... well the lads ex rings up in a muddle saying she’s stuck in a field. I ask how far in is she, around 2 meters she tells me .

Needless to say her car is smothered head to toe and ours, well it looks like a 4x4 should, again rolleyes

Best pics I could take in the dark earlier

The thread’s about dirty (unwashed) cars, not dogging cars.

a little effort from October before the salt started getting laid, 4x4 looking like a 4x4.

You have far too much fun getting to those horses!

Been cold and crisp here, with no rain for about a week. Effort so far, not as good as last year but plenty of time yet. Looks better when dryer during the day, when the sun has been out.

Ive never owned a car that gets as dirty as my current one. 2016 Kia pro ceed gt in white can spend all day cleaning it and the following day covered again it attracts every bit of road dirt and grime. My old works car park was a dirt covered yard in the height of summer had a fine layer of dust on it when it rained turned to mud. Got a few journeys this week so see how dirty it gets this week.

I did my best. Drove it to Cologne and back! It's now been cleaned, not that it needed it that much by the accounts of this thread.

Finally got a layer of dirt. Red is apparently good at hiding dirt, it hasn’t been washed for 2 weeks in which I’ve done over 1000 miles.
