You had me until the MINI! I think all MINI hatches should be FWD due to the heritage of the original Mini being FWD. Peugeot 406 V6 Coupe.

Are you waiting for a bite? I’d like “my” RWD version to have a Ford Duratec unit with about 200 bhp.
I have one of these as a daily driver. Pininfarina did all the cool stuff and Peugeot the oily bits.
It's a great fun, comfortable thing when driven normally but as soon as you start to push it there's rather a lot of surrender.
Weirdly, in normal use it feels much more together than the 406 saloon or estate who seem to behave much better under pressure.
Perhaps it's an Italian thing...

That looks great, but if you wanted RWD there was the 504 Coupe some of which had V6 engines and looked stunning!It's a great fun, comfortable thing when driven normally but as soon as you start to push it there's rather a lot of surrender.
