in fact, when was the last time you saw a corsair?

I saw a Corsair at 8:40 this morning, although it was on a trailer! But looked to be in good condition.
There appears to be two running examples around the Stroud area in Gloucestershire. I usually only see them in the summer though. One is a silver (silver fox?) 2000E and the other is pale blue metallic (blue mink?).

Then again, the standard coupe used VW Scirocco rear lights, so there you go.
There was an other Exotic "Shooting break" that used a MkI Renault 5 rear hatch. Haven't spotted on here yet... it may have been the XJ-S actually... can't remember... should go and look it up... brain is overloaded by resisting the temptation ot post a pic of my "Sporty Shooting break"...
...failed. Oh well someone else already posted the M5.
Listening to my friend driving off... I think surely the MGZT-T V8 deserves a little mention too. The noise that thing makes is fasntastic!

That would be in my ultimate garage. Pity the didnt do an E39 version ( did they? )
I beleive they made 1 for a BMW director, was a picture in Autocar a few years back in silver, looked like a normal 5 series estate though. I think they did it as a sort shall we/shan't build them, and decided against it.

The Virage shooting break uses a modified Escort tail, with Renault lights. And Audi 100 front lights. And 944 indicators. And Rover 800 seat bases (with Recaro backs), and jaguar aircon. And mercedes seat adjustment, and...
Oh, surprised no-one has mentioned the elanbulance. Lovely thing.
