Buying an ex Police Car: good idea?
Discussion
There are companies that can neatly plug the holes in the dash for a few hundred quid.
If you do buy one of these things, be it a focus or BMW, you are taking a gamble. My only experiences are the 330d that always ran awful when cold as it had always been hot for its 4 or so years constant use in the city. But the V70 t5 traffic car that was bought by its regular user after it retired as he knew it was in good condition.
If you do want to get one, the exterior will probably neve have seen a wax and will require some work to smarten it up.
Please get the interior steam cleaned, the vile people who would have been sat in the back does not bare comprehension.
Swampie? You're not even close.

They have a Suzuki Jimny for sale, now that's a sleeper of a police car if ever I saw one.babelfish said:

The ex driver training BMW 330i with 72K on the clock for £4700 looks worth a punt.Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
