Apolgies, my bad - I missed the bit about KM!

However, 183k is still hefty, and as someone said I'd definitely want the seats..... fumigated

Why is this F150 unusually cheap despite looking so smart? Oh, that'll be because it's got nearly 300k miles!

Nearly 300k kilometres, says quite clearly on the advert and in the photo
These american trucks are built cheap and churned out in high volumes to the yank market. Dont forget petrol used to be cheap there as in really cheap. I got chatting to a guy from texas once but needed a translator. He was commuting 200 miles each way 2 or 3 times a week. Cant remember the exact figure but it was astonishing. Bear in mind some of these guys in texas have their own small holdings which is massive by uk standards. To put up a fence can cost more than the land itself. They can be 50 miles from their neighbours. This guy from texas drove a 6.9 litre diesel. They all drive trucks. Some of their roads dont have tarmac or asphalt or whatever it's called so you're driving on compacted earth basically.

You would be better off asking this on the car buying thread.

A mate looked at this car https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201...

Not high mileage but it looks a bit suspicious. Rear passenger seat and drivers seat look well used to my eye. MOT history looks dodgy. First MOT with 13k miles and tyre wear advisories. 1k miles in last year.

Arm rest photo shows wear also.

Certainly wouldn't expect a Lexus interior to wear like that over 28k.

Tyre and brake pad wear, worn interior and no MOT. Not a chance that's done less than 129k

It states 'Full Dealership History' which implies that it would be pretty straightforward to verify the mileage. I say owned by a family of fatties.

Must be pretty massive to wear out the tyres and pads while doing so few miles.

P Zero Rosso tyres are known for their durability and grip... with a heavy V8 lump, stiff suspension in the F Sport model it all suggests a gentleman racer that liked to drive his rotund family quickly to the nearest drive thru. I'm surprised that the interior stood up so well to what must have inevitable been flying chips and shakes as Juan Manuel Fangio raced back home to make Love Island.

I'm not seeing it, I reckon that Lexus has done moon mileage but had a careful haircut before going anywhere near the dealer.

Service history will look fine; but how many miles did it *ACTUALLY* do before (finally) getting its regular services?

The cabin wear and the brake/tyre wear screams 'airport taxi' to me.

Yep that car is as dodgy as they come. Tyres in 7k? You’re having a laugh.

As much as I love the idea of a diesel V8, I think that that is too much money for that car with that mileage and only two pictures

That ad is awful, but they have a worse one...

'Parasailing central locking'. No idea what that is even supposed to be!

And nothing shows off a car in an advert quite like photos taken in the dark. Unless you're in northern Norway there really is no excuse.
