Personally - I think it looks a lot better, I wish I'd had them painted years ago :-)
Much prefer the silver.
Definitely.
+1 smile
Gonna have to agree. Silver looks much classier on black cars.
I look at the silver and I see a nicely proportioned alloy, with spokes that complement the lines of the car:

I look at the black ones, and..... ... I see black.

The Black wheels on the Red F-Type look right. The Range Rover looks great, however they don't look fully black to me?

It's not that stealthy. I can still see it very clearly.

I think cars only go full stealth when they have a black vinyl matt wrap. Totaly invisible.

There's actually a bicycle, but it's matte black, so full stealth.

Is the bike under the floating, silver handlebars?

Oh no. Not the...
Man goes into a camping shop
‘I’m looking for camouflage trouser, but can’t see any’
‘Yes, they are very effective’ says the shop assistant.

Sorry about that, almost an ‘emperor’s new clothes’ situation. OR..

I think black wheels look, 99% of the time, utterly gash on a road car.

They are duotone black wheels. They look more black than they are showing here on a normal day.

Was against black wheels until I saw my new car + some of the cars on this thread (red type R looks great)

was a pre reg car with the spec i wanted just the wheels black instead of silver! When I saw it though I was sold, I think because the plastics are all painted black, black wing mirrors and black rear windows it works quite well

Photos make it look like it could do with the wheels being spaced 10mm or so.

I'm using solid lead victories because they are one of the nicest looking S1 wheels made. To make up for their weight I want to at least be able to see them!

Getting them silver was the first change I made when I got the car.

Black, if you can make them out:

Silver:

Much better smile
